Jessie’s first career was as a psychologist working in the organisational arena. She took the leap into executive coaching as a profession after working with her own coach and experiencing first hand the benefit of such a goal orientated process.

As one of the Director’s of The Catalyst Group, Jessie’s work roles have been diverse and varied in using her psychological, facilitation, business and coaching expertise to achieve leadership and business goals for her clients.

She has led the strategic design, development and delivery of many management, leadership and coaching development programs, incorporating 360 degree feedback, facilitated workshops, action learning groups and executive coaching.

The Catalyst Group was successfully sold in 2007 as Perth’s leading executive coaching business. She then established Greentrees Consulting, which continues to provide executive coaching services to some of Perth’s largest organisations.

Jessie’s coaching philosophy is solution focused and based on positive psychology principles. She is known for her ability to create engagement with her clients, have the robust and honest conversations that need to be had, and to keep clients actively moving towards their goals. She also ensures that organisational strategic goals are achieved during the coaching process.

Jessie has personally coached over 300 CEO’s, senior managers, mid-level managers and team leaders.

She has placed a heavy emphasis on her own development by attending NIDA, Coach School in Perth, and completing coach training at The University of Sydney. In addition to this, Jessie is a former Board member for the WA Chapter of The International Coach Federation.

Jessie's time outside work is spent indulging her passions of camping with her family, running around a tennis court, and getting into the garden whenever she can. She is also very involved with her children’s school, being a School Council Member, and running the Garden Group.
